Campus placement or campus interview is the
program conducted within educational institutes
or in a common place to provide jobs to students
pursuing or in the stage of completing the
programme. In this programme, industries visit
the colleges to select students depending on
their ability to work, capability, focus and
Aim.
The Placement Cell functioning in the College
is entrusted with the responsibility of
1. Guiding students for placement in credible
organization.
2. Conducting seminars, group discussions, and
mock interviews as a part of career guidance and
personality development.
3. Coordinating the efforts of the students of
the various departments in arranging industrial
training for them.
4. Acting as an information center for students
in job opportunities
The Training and Placement Cell of the college
is headed by a Placement Coordinator, who is a
senior faculty member of the college. The Cell
has student representatives from all classes,
from among whom a Student Coordinator is
elected. The Student Coordinator interacts with
the Placement Coordinator for the daily
functioning of the Cell.
